1．We are obliged to ensure that the Goods conform to all requirements arising from legal acts and to all safety requirements applicable to these kind of goods, including during the course of transportation of the Goods.The Goods shall conform to the quality assurance guides agreed between the Parties as may be appended to this Agreement and any requirements and standards applicable to such types of goods in the European Union.The Supplier has to ensure that the goods are according the requirements of the corresponding national or international approvals as mentioned in the specific order.

2．The Purchaser shall examine the delivered Goods within 10 working days as of receiving the Goods at Purchaser's warehouse within 10 working days as of receiving the Goods.The Goods are deemed received as of the moment of signing of corresponding transport documentation evidencing the receipt of the Goods by the Purchaser.The Purchaser shall only carry out a visual examination of the delivered Goods.Any claims regarding hidden deficiencies, which could not be reasonably discovered in the course of a visual examination of the Goods,may be submitted also after the expiry of the period mentioned herein above, whereas the Purchaser shall notify the Supplier of such hidden deficiencies within a reasonable period of time as of discovery thereof (usually 60 days).In case the Goods are delivered to a Customer, the Purchaser is obliged to notify the Supplier of deficiencies within 10 working days as of receiving corresponding notice regarding the deficiencies from the Customer,but in any case, not later than within two months as of receipt of the Goods by the Purchaser at the warehouse or by the Customer.
